BIG Changes at our house

There has been a BIG change going on in the Sauer household for the last several months. As you can see in the photo, of Ron and I, Ron is a tall man. He decided months ago that the time had come to get serious about loosing some weight. He chose his plan and has stuck to it like glue. The results are phenomenal!! As he stepped on the scales this past Saturday he saw that he has reached a BIG goal. 100 POUNDS LOST!!!!

Here's what he looks like now. I'm SO VERY PROUD of him and love him dearly! I thank God for giving him the determination and helping him make the choices he's had to make!!!
